Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:
RETURNS We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at contact@kaiwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us at contact@kaiwear.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
FINAL SALE ITEMS Accessories (hats, beanies) are final sale and not eligible for return.
